Requirements
The finalist candidate will bring a strong record of dynamic and effective leadership and will be responsible for providing hands-on administration within the health care center. He/she will demonstrate overall command of long-term care regulations and will have an appreciation for and understanding of how to support and enhance culture change. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinking, high-energy consensus-builder and team-player with excellent people and communication skills. A current and unencumbered Pennsylvania long-term care administrator license (or eligibility for licensure) with a minimum of five years of successful and progressive experience as an Administrator is required.
