Hotel Accommodations
A discounted group rate of $139 plus occupancy tax is available at the Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center. Rooms will be available until FRIDAY, MARCH 17, 2023 OR SOLD OUT. The discounted rate is available for the nights of Sunday, 4/16 through Tuesday, 4/18/23.

CEU Approvals
This program offers continuing education for NAB/NCERS and the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
PACAH is an approved provider through the Department of Human Services Bureau of Human Services Licensing.
PACAH is registered with the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy.

Health & Safety
As an affiliate of the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP), PACAH continues to consider the safety of all those `at PACAH’s 2023 Spring Conference as our top priority.
We will continue to monitor the environment surrounding health and safety and will update this page with information surrounding the need for pre-screening and safety protocols when they arise.

Vendor Show
PACAH's vendor show is back for spring 2023! The show will take place on Wednesday, April 19th from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Lunch will be provided to attendees in the exhibit area. Show registration will open on February 10, 2023.
Exhibitor registration is now closed.
Exhibitor Registration includes full conference access for one vendor. If you have additional vendors that would like to attend the ENTIRE conference, they must register as a conference attendee.
If you have colleagues that only plan to attend the vendor show, they do not need to pay. Please visit the registration desk at the conference to get them a name badge.

There will be no printed conference program distributed on-site this year. PACAH is offering an interactive digital program, with a direct link to your company's website, along with a sponsorship insert included in attendee conference materials.

NEW! Partner Outings
Included with your sponsorship, PACAH has now set aside a full afternoon for sponsors to invite attendees to an outing of their choice, located in the State College area. Outings can take place on Tuesday, April 18th, beginning at 2 p.m. Partners are welcome to book any type of afternoon outing in the State College area. We are currently working on a list of fun and exciting options as ideas, but sponsors are encouraged to get creative and even partner together to provide networking environments with conference attendees. Please note that PACAH will provide outing options, but all sponsors are responsible for event booking, planning, and any involved costs. If a sponsor needs assistance in promoting their outing, PACAH can assist with promotion in conference alerts and materials.
Advertising
There will be no printed conference program distributed on-site. PACAH is offering an interactive digital program, with a direct link to your company's website. Educational speakers receive a 25% discount on advertising.

Speaker Opportunities
PACAH is now accepting submissions for PACAH's 2023 Spring Conference.
We're looking for experienced speakers that can provide our attendees with practical use and intermediate skill level education on current long-term care hot topics, critical issues, and tools to improve their work performance.
Submissions will be accepted until JANUARY 9, 2023.
